Payment information (paid product, optional): Card details for the Recruiting Tracker subscription are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, store, or transmit raw card numbers. We retain only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your account.

USA Prep Football Network provides coverage of high school athletics. While our content relates to high school sports, our website is designed for a general audience including parents, coaches, fans, and community members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our public-facing website does not require user registration or accounts. The Recruiting Tracker product is designed exclusively for parents or guardians and does not create user accounts for minors. A parent's account may contain structured profile data about their player (name, graduation year, height, weight, position, GPA, target schools), but the player has no login, no password, no direct relationship with our service, and cannot be contacted by us. The parent is the data subject; the player's information is data about the parent's family situation. Parents may delete a player profile at any time from the Recruiting Tracker settings, which removes all associated data. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you create an account to use our Recruiting Tracker product, the following additional terms apply. Account information. We store your email address, a hashed password (we never store the plain-text password), and timestamps for account creation and last login. Player profile data. Under your account you may create one or more player profiles containing graduation year, height, weight, position, GPA, target college divisions, and a list of colleges you are tracking. The player is not a user; you are the account holder and data controller. You can edit or permanently delete any player profile at any time from the Settings page. Permanent deletion removes the profile and all associated tracker data (contacts, conversation logs, events, offers, reminders, alert history) from our database within 30 days. Subscription and payment data. When you upgrade to a paid subscription, you provide payment details directly to Stripe; we never receive or store your card number, CVV, or full bank account number. We retain your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, current period end date, and a record of past invoices for accounting and customer support purposes. AI-generated content. Some Recruiting Tracker features (the personalized shortlist, outreach drafts) use Anthropic's Claude API. We send the relevant player-profile fields to Claude to generate the response and store the result on your account. We do not send Stripe payment data, your password, or your IP address to Claude. Claude's data-handling terms are at anthropic.com. Transactional email. We send subscription receipts, account notifications, alert digests, and customer-support messages via Mailgun to the email address on your account. You cannot opt out of transactional email while your account is active; you can stop all email by deleting your account. Data export. You can export all your Recruiting Tracker data (player profiles, contacts, logs, events, offers) as a CSV bundle from the Settings page. Available to paid subscribers; free-tier accounts can request an export by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page; your account remains paid until the end of the current billing period. Refunds within 7 days of your first subscription payment are issued automatically on request — email [email protected]. Refunds outside this window are at our discretion. Account deletion. Deleting your account removes all player profiles and tracker data within 30 days. Some records (Stripe invoices, fraud-prevention logs) may be retained longer where required by law.
